It’s little wonder the big pharmaceutical companies are circling the CBD market. In a 2019 study that compared the annual reports of some of the worlds top ranking CBD companies it’s apparent that there are big bucks in the booming CBD market. Canada’s Canopy Growth Corporation is worth approximately $77.900 million a year; with a wide range of products this company got in on the ground floor in 2014 and persistence has certainly paid off for them.
California’s Medical Marijuana company is the next most revenue-flush with an estimated annual turnover of $59.8 million moving into their bank account and are also a pioneer; having developed the first legal supply of CBD in the States. They’ve since moved to include body products and food in a portfolio of eight CBD product ranges. Over in the UK, Elixinol has raked in $37.1 million in one year with their wholesale range of CBD products which includes custom blends and flavours.
