CBD While You Sleep

January 16, 20211 min read

The list of novel CBD products continues to grow but who knew we’d even have the option of a CBD mattress. A number of manufacturers of premium and speciality mattresses including Woodleys and ZBDBed have launched their CBD mattresses, which are created with pockets of CBD embedded into the mattress. On rolling or moving, the CBD is released and inhaled by the sleeper.

ZBD says the capsules in their mattresses contains approximately 48mgs of CBD isolate each, with the fabric containing roughly 12g of microcapsules per square meter. ZBD also makes pillows and mattress protectors infused with CBD. We know that CBD can assist with sleep but at $1099 (approximately R17 000 in South Africa) for a mattress, let’s hope these products come with sweet dreams too.
