Founder & CEO
Tebogo Tlhopane comes from a family of traditional healers — Sangomas who have practiced African ethnobotanical medicine for generations. Growing up surrounded by the plant medicines of his ancestors, he developed a deep respect for Africa's healing traditions.
In 2017, he founded BioMuti with a singular vision: to bridge the gap between ancestral African wisdom and modern scientific research. Today, BioMuti stands as a testament to that vision — a 100% black-owned South African company producing research-grade peptides, herbal supplements, and CBD products that honor their roots while meeting the highest standards of quality.
